I’m here to support you in your healing process. I integrate the psycho therapeutic modalities of client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT and mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. My therapeutic approach is adapted to your needs. I specialize in depression, substance abuse issues, and self esteem issues.
I provide a safe haven for you to share your story and explore, not only how patterns have emerged, but how you can re-write your narrative. There’s room in this space for all of your emotions, from tears to laughter, from anger to joy.
