I help people who are experiencing anger and anxiety to understand the ways in which those emotions serve them, how they can use those feelings to help themselves and their loved ones, and how to let go of those feelings when they are no longer helping and begin to hurt.
I see people whose stress has manifested into pain or sexual dysfunction, and I provide the validation they deserve. I teach them to feel fulfilled without validation from others. I use EMDR to help my clients to find the path to well-being that already exists in their own minds.
